01 前言與適用範圍 Introduction & Scope
本隱私權政策說明本服務之司機端行動應用程式（以下稱「本 App」）如何蒐集、使用、儲存與保護您的個人資料。當您下載、安裝或使用本 App 時，即表示您已閱讀並同意本政策之內容。
This Privacy Policy explains how our driver mobile application (the “App”) collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Policy.
本 App 提供計程車司機接收派單、導航前往乘客所在地、計費跳錶、以及與乘客即時通訊等功能。為提供上述服務，本 App 需要蒐集下列資料。
The App enables taxi drivers to receive dispatched orders, navigate to passengers, run the fare meter, and communicate with passengers in real time. To provide these services, the App collects the data described below.

本 App 僅在提供服務所需之範圍內蒐集上述資料，不會蒐集與服務無關的個人資料。
We collect the above data only to the extent necessary to provide the service, and do not collect personal data unrelated to the service.
03 位置資訊的使用方式 How We Use Location
本 App 僅在您「上線等單」或「執行訂單」期間於前景服務中取得您的精確位置；當您下線且未執行任何訂單時，本 App 不會持續追蹤您的位置。上線期間，您的裝置會顯示一則常駐通知，提醒您定位功能正在運作。您可隨時透過 App 內的「下線」操作停止位置蒐集。
The App obtains your precise location only while you are “online waiting for orders” or “performing an order,” via a foreground service. When you are offline and not performing any order, the App does not continuously track your location. While you are online, your device displays a persistent notification reminding you that location is active. You can stop location collection at any time by going “offline” in the App.
04 第三方服務與資料分享 Third-Party Services & Data Sharing
為提供服務，本 App 會將部分資料傳輸至下列第三方服務供應商處理。我們不會將您的個人資料販售給任何第三方。
To provide the service, the App transfers certain data to the following third-party service providers for processing. We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
- Google Firebase Cloud Messaging：傳遞推播通知。
- Google Maps Platform：提供地圖顯示與定位服務。
- Cloudflare R2：儲存聊天媒體檔案（圖片、語音）與路線圖。
- LINE／Telegram：用於將訂單與訊息傳遞至乘客端。
- 本服務自有伺服器：儲存帳號、訂單與通訊紀錄，並透過加密連線（HTTPS）傳輸。
- Google Firebase Cloud Messaging: delivering push notifications.
- Google Maps Platform: providing map display and location services.
- Cloudflare R2: storing chat media (images, voice) and route maps.
- LINE / Telegram: delivering orders and messages to the passenger side.
- Our own servers: storing account, order, and communication records, transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
除上述為提供服務所必要之處理外，我們僅於下列情形分享您的資料：①取得您的同意；②法律要求或主管機關依法要求。
Apart from the processing necessary to provide the service above, we share your data only: (1) with your consent; or (2) as required by law or by a competent authority in accordance with the law.
05 資料的儲存與保留 Data Storage & Retention
您的資料儲存於本服務之伺服器及上述第三方服務供應商處。我們會在提供服務及符合法令所需的期間內保留您的資料；當資料已無保留之必要，或您要求刪除且無其他法定保留義務時，我們將予以刪除或匿名化。
Your data is stored on our servers and with the third-party providers above. We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide the service and to comply with applicable laws. When data is no longer needed, or when you request deletion and no other legal retention obligation applies, we will delete or anonymize it.
06 帳號與資料刪除 Account & Data Deletion
您可隨時要求刪除您的帳號及相關個人資料。請來信至下方聯絡信箱，並註明您的司機編號，我們將在合理期間內處理。本服務僅刪除屬於您個人的資料；聊天訊息與媒體屬於車隊與客戶之間的營運往來紀錄與財產，連同已完成訂單之交易與帳務紀錄，不在刪除範圍（詳見專屬說明頁）。
You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time. Please email the contact address below and include your Driver ID, and we will process it within a reasonable period. We delete only the data that belongs to you personally; chat messages and media are operational records and property shared between the fleet and customers, and—together with transaction and accounting records of completed orders—are not subject to deletion (see the dedicated deletion page for details).
07 資料安全 Data Security
我們採取合理的技術與管理措施保護您的個人資料，包括以加密連線（HTTPS）傳輸資料、限制資料存取權限等。惟請理解，網際網路上的傳輸與儲存無法保證百分之百安全；我們將持續改善安全防護措施。
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, including transmitting data over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and restricting data access. Please understand that no method of transmission or storage over the Internet is 100% secure; we will continue to improve our security measures.
08 您的權利 Your Rights
依據中華民國《個人資料保護法》，您就本服務保有之個人資料得行使下列權利：查詢或請求閱覽、請求製給複製本、請求補充或更正、請求停止蒐集／處理／利用，以及請求刪除。您可透過下方聯絡方式向我們提出請求。
Under the Personal Data Protection Act of the Republic of China (Taiwan), you may exercise the following rights regarding the personal data we hold: to inquire about or review it, to request a copy, to request supplementation or correction, to request that we cease collection / processing / use, and to request deletion. You may submit a request via the contact information below.
09 兒童隱私 Children’s Privacy
本服務為計程車司機提供，非以未滿 13 歲之兒童為對象，我們不會在知情的情況下蒐集兒童之個人資料。
This service is provided for taxi drivers and is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
10 政策變更 Changes to This Policy
我們可能因應法令或服務調整而修訂本政策。修訂後將更新本頁面之「最後更新」日期；重大變更時，我們會以適當方式通知您。建議您定期檢視本頁面以掌握最新內容。
We may revise this Policy in response to legal or service changes. We will update the “Last updated” date on this page after any revision; for material changes, we will notify you by appropriate means. We recommend reviewing this page periodically for the latest version.
