01 如何申請刪除帳號 How to Request Account Deletion
刪除帳號與個人資料一律以電子郵件提出申請:
Requests to delete your account and personal data are submitted by email:
- 來信至下方電子郵件,主旨請註明「帳號刪除申請」。
- 信中附上您的司機編號,以利我們核對身分。
- Email the address below with the subject “Account Deletion Request”.
- Include your Driver ID so we can verify your identity.
您也可在司機端 App 的「個人資料 → 刪除帳號」開啟本說明頁。
You can also open this page from the Driver App via “Profile → Delete Account.”
02 將刪除哪些資料 What Will Be Deleted
申請經確認後,我們將刪除或匿名化下列屬於您個人的資料:
Once your request is confirmed, we will delete or anonymize the following data that belongs to you personally:
- 帳號個人資料:顯示名稱、登入密碼、車輛顏色與車牌
- 推播裝置識別碼(FCM token)
- 即時位置與上線狀態資料
- 登入存取權(您的帳號將停用)
- Personal account data: display name, login password, vehicle color and license plate
- Push device identifier (FCM token)
- Real-time location and online status data
- Login access (your account will be deactivated)
03 不會刪除的資料 Data That Will Not Be Deleted
下列資料不屬於刪除範圍:
The following data is not subject to deletion:
- 聊天訊息與媒體檔案(文字、語音、圖片):屬於車隊與客戶之間的營運往來紀錄與財產,不會因司機帳號刪除而移除。
- 已完成訂單之交易、帳務與行程紀錄:因法令要求與正當營業需要而保留。
- Chat messages and media files (text, voice, images): these are operational records and property shared between the fleet and customers, and are not removed when a driver account is deleted.
- Transaction, accounting, and trip records of completed orders: retained due to legal requirements and legitimate business needs.
於上述保留紀錄中,可直接識別您個人的欄位將在合理範圍內予以匿名化。
Within the retained records above, fields that directly identify you will be anonymized where reasonable.
04 處理時程 Processing Time
我們將在收到申請後 7 個工作天內回覆確認,並於 30 天內完成可刪除資料的刪除(依法須保留者除外)。
We will acknowledge your request within 7 business days and complete the deletion of erasable data within 30 days (except for data we are required to retain by law).
